Solar water and space heating
Flannery Construction is home to the largest solar water and space heating system in the area. Three giant arrays of ten 4' x 10' solar panels provide for about 35% of the total water and space heating needs annually.
Over a 30 year span, the system will offset about 390 tons of carbon dioxide, which is equivalent to planting 1,800 trees. The system is expected to pay for itself in 12 years or less.
